1. Who we are

The website aivideo.bg and its landing pages (aivideo.bg/imoti, aivideo.bg/hoteli, aivideo.bg/eshop and others) are operated by Involver Ltd. ("we"), registered at Mladost 4, bl. 460B, entr. 1, apt. 24, Sofia, Bulgaria. We are the controller of the personal data collected through the website.

Your personal data matters to us and we protect it. This policy explains what data we collect, why, who we share it with and what rights you have. By using the website you accept what is described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. What data we collect

Data you give us yourself. When you send a request through the calculator or a message through the contact form, we collect your name, email, phone, company (optional) and the text of the message. For a request from the calculator we also keep the selected videos and the total for them, so we can send you a quote.

Technical data. IP address, browser type, operating system and similar technical information that your browser sends automatically when you visit.

Usage data. Which pages you open, how long you stay, where you come from. Collected through Google Analytics, described in section 5.

3. Why we use the data

  • To answer your request or message and send you a quote.
  • To deliver the service you ordered and stay in touch about the project.
  • To understand how the website is used and to improve it.
  • To keep the website secure and prevent abuse.
  • To meet legal obligations, including accounting.

We do not use your data for email marketing without your explicit consent.

4. Who we share the data with

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal data.

Service providers. The website runs on Google Firebase (hosting and database), and requests are sent by email. Google may process your data as our processor, including outside the European Economic Area, under the EU standard contractual clauses.

Legal requirement. If required by law or by a public authority, we may provide data within the scope of the requirement.

Business transfer. In the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, data may be transferred as part of the transaction, under the same conditions.

5. Cookies and Google Analytics

The website uses Google Analytics 4 (ID G-3VMFZ298N6), loaded through Google Tag Manager (GTM-WFQ7JLTB), to measure visits and which pages work.

We use Google Consent Mode v2. On your first visit you see a banner with two choices:

  • Accept. Google Analytics sets cookies (for example _ga, _ga_*, valid for up to 2 years) and collects data about your behavior on the website.
  • Necessary only. No analytics cookies are set. Google Analytics receives only anonymous signals without cookies and without a user identifier, enough for a total visit count.

Your choice is stored in your browser and you can change it at any time from the "Cookies" link in the footer or by clearing the site data in your browser settings. We do not use advertising pixels (Meta Pixel and similar).

Necessary cookies and local storage: we keep your cookie choice and, on the landing pages, your current selection in the calculator, so you do not lose it on reload. They contain no personal data.

6. How long we keep the data

Requests and messages: up to 3 years from the last contact, unless the law requires a longer period (for example for invoices). Google Analytics data: 14 months, after which Google deletes it automatically. You can ask for earlier deletion by email.

7. Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Only the team members working on a request have access to it. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right:

  • to access your data and receive a copy of it;
  • to request correction or deletion;
  • to restrict or object to processing;
  • to withdraw your consent, including for cookies, at any time;
  • to receive your data in a portable format;
  • to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).

To exercise your rights, write to us at info@involver.bg. We reply within 30 days.

9. External links

The website contains links to external sites (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and others). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing personal data.

10. Children

The website is not intended for persons under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data about children. If we learn that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Changes are published on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the new version.

You send us photos (phone photos work), your logo and a short description. We guide the AI tools to bring the photos to life: the camera moves through the rooms, the product rotates, the view comes alive. Then we edit the shots, add music, on-screen text and your intro and outro. You get the first version in 3 to 5 business days.

›AI video or a classic shoot: what is the difference?

A classic shoot means paying for a crew, a shooting day and editing. With AI video there is no shooting day: we work from your photos, so the price starts at 80 € and the turnaround is days, not weeks. If you already have footage, we edit that too.

›How long does the video take?

First version in 3 to 5 business days after we receive the materials. Mini films take up to 10 business days. One round of changes is included.

›Which industries do you make videos for?

Ready packages with prices exist for the industries listed at the top of the page. We also make videos for other businesses: write to us through the form and you will get a quote within 24 hours.
